Back in 2009 Blythe Hill set a personal quirky creative challenge to post a picture on social every day for a month of her wearing a dress. Her friends soon realised what a great idea this was and joined in… the rest is history.
Blythe realised what a huge impact a small action can have and decided to put this new found power to good use. Cut to 2018 and Blythe is the founder of Dressember— an international campaign to aid the fight against sex trafficking. Since 2013 the non-profit has raised over £3 million.
Slavery exists in every city around the world and your dress (or tie if you prefer) serves as the conversation starter to educate your community about modern slavery.
With December just a few days away why not join the revolution and wear a dress or tie and help raise awareness to this crucial cause.
