3 quick and easy gin cocktails using Gordon’s gin.


Summer is upon us and with the sun finally shining it’s that time for fun, friends and BBQs.

So why not snazz up your evening with one of these 3 easy to make Gin Cocktails which are a sure fire way to impress your guests.

Elderflower Fizz

2 parts Gin

1 part Elderflower Liqueur

Prosecco

Sugar

Lime Wedge

This simple drink adds a touch of class to any occasion. You cannot go wrong with the flavour combination of Gin and Elderflower, add some bubbles and this classic cocktail is perfect for sipping with friends in the afternoon sun.

Instructions

  1. Place ice in a shaker, add the Gin and Elderflower Liqueur and shake.

  2. Place the sugar onto a plate. Run the lime wedge around the rim of a martini glass and press the rim into the sugar to coat the edge.

  3. Strain the contents of the shaker into the glass and top with Prosecco.

  4. Squeeze a lime wedge in the drink and garnish with another lime wedge on the side of the glass.

  5. Sit back and relax...

Pink Punch

100ml Gordon’s Pink Gin

100ml Cloudy Lemonade

50ml Prosecco

Ice

Strawberries

Add a touch of glamour to your day with this fun, fizz based drink. Perfect as a pre dinner beverage or, if you fancy, why not enjoy with friends over a lazy brunch.

Instructions

  1. Fill a large glass with ice

  2. Add the gin and lemonade and then top up with the Prosecco.

  3. Cut the strawberries in half and garnish.

  4. Grab a friend and enjoy...

Mint & Cucumber Twist

100ml Gordon’s Gin

Soda Water

A sprig of mint

Cucumber

Lime juice

Lime slices

After a long week in the office there is nothing better than this light, refreshing beverage to liven up to palate.

Instructions

  1. Add mint, lime and gin, to the shaker and mix up.

  2. Add cucumber slices to the shaker and shake away.

  3. Pour the mixture into a glass filled with ice and top with tonic water.

  4. Add slices of cucumber to the drink for flavour and a slice of lime on the slide of the glass for decoration.

  5. Sip away...
