For an afternoon full of tea and cake head to the Butterscotch Bakery.

Tucked away in James Street in Marylebone’s, its cute and cosy atmosphere is the perfect place to spend an afternoon.

Cupcakes

Deeply decadent yet fruity, the butterscotch classic chocolate fudge is an all round winner for something chocolatey that just hits the spot.

WHY WILL THIS BE YOUR FAVE? The ganache icing - although its rich, it does not overpower the cupcake. Making it the perfect sweet treat. For something a little less indulgent, try their Strawberries and cream cupcake (6 for £18)

Vegan Options

Most of Butterscotch cupcakes and cakes are customisable, so it is no wonder that you can get gluten and dairy free as well as vegan cakes. Try their gluten/vegan classic chocolate brownie or their new ‘buckeye’ peanut butter brownie. (6 for £18)

Try a slice

For a taste of summer, spice and all things nice - make sure you experience the Hummingbird cake - Nutmeg, banana, coconut, cinnamon, pineapple and edible flowers - it makes you feel like you’re sitting in the Caribbean!

Drinks

Try their alternative lattes such as turmeric and charcoal or if you fancy something a little stronger why try a mimosa, a perfect way to compliment your afternoon sweet treat.
